I'm not sure when Shejianjian started doing this, but the web-based in-store ordering system now lets you configure your bowls with larger and smaller adjustments for the chili sauce, coriander, and leeks. I went for "more" on all three of those, and that's what I received above. It wasn't anywhere as much as I had envisioned, although admittedly my expectations were set by Marutama's negi ramen. Fingers crossed that Shejianjian finally starts offering the chuanr that has appeared on their new menu soon.
