The Traveling Hungryboy

Travelling Adventour

Eorang Ttukbaegi

I was a little worried that this small chain was a knockoff of Myeongdong Kyoja. The kalguksu definitely wasn't as earthy and smoky, and the kimchi wasn't as sharp either. But those didn't really matter, since the food was still pretty good on its own right, with the broth still being nice and savory, and the kimchi still being spicy and refreshing. That eorang ttukbaegi above was spicy enough to be fun too, even if the lamb taste that I was hoping for didn't really come though. I'd be happy to eat here again. Apparently it has been around since 1978.
