It's been a while since I've had Hokkaido Soup Curry, so I made a beeline for this small chain at the Hokkaido Food Fair at Takashimaya this week. I went for the highest "burning hot" level 4 degree of spiciness, which was fun, but also so dominant that I had trouble tasting the rest of the broth to make a proper comparison to places like Suage or SAMA. Everything inside was tender nonetheless.
