The Traveling Hungryboy

I had enough tinme to squeeze in one more bún chả place before heading to the airport (21 Nguyễn Hữu Huân, 09-6684-8389). This one was a Bib Gourmand, and the meat was more tender than Đắc Kim yesterday. But I still didn't get the grilled aroma that I was looking for, perhaps because I yet again went during an off-peak hour. They weren't as generous with the herbs here either.
