
I don't think I've ever seen this on Tsuta's menu before, so I ordered it. The broth had a deep and savory shellfish taste, but it was thick, making it quite different from Keisuke's elusive bowl. I still ate it all, as the tiger prawn was meaty and those dumplings were big and firm. But I didn't really leave with a sense of satisfaction.
