OK, I come here a lot. After all, it's cheap, fast, and good. And it is generally healthy, if you don't end up shoveling down multiple bowls of rice and instead opt for some veggies. Today I went for this beef dish featuring small bamboo shoots from southern Sichuan. The bamboo shoots were tender and this wasn't excessively salty either, but the beef cubes were shockingly dry. I was able to get one fatty piece in my bowl at least, which totally transformed it for the better. I'd order it again if they they can guarantee more fatty pieces in there, but I suspect that those tough pieces are in there by design.
