I don't know if these guys are really from Joo Chiat, but that was the name of the new stall number 28 at Zion Riverside Food Centre. That beef noodle above came out quickly tonight, and was light yet savory, coming with some pretty tender slices of meat. What's more interesting was the fact that they serve bull penis here too. But I didn't try it.
