
Yep, that's how this dish was named on the list of specials at Sushiro, and I ordered it just for the quirky name. The food itself wasn't anything that special: just a big piece of anago sitting on top of four rice balls with some yuzu and cucumber garnish. There was oshizushi available too, but it also wasn't anything to get excited about. I've eaten too much rice today, to be honest.
