The Traveling Hungryboy

I bought this out of sheer curiosity, despite my previous experience with OmniMeat. And I shouldn't be surprised, but I didn't like it at all. It didn't have the sinfully greasy and savory taste that one gets in luncheon meat, and the texture was oddly spongy and soft too (it was kind of a minced mushroom-y consistency, actually). There was also a surprising amound of liquid oozing out from it in the pan. I wonder what Impossible's version would taste like if they made one.
