The Traveling Hungryboy

I'm not sure how long Keisuke has had this on his Tori King menu, but I came in to try it today out of curiosity, and was disappointed. To be clear, the broth and everything else inside the bowl were fine, but in my head I was thinking of his shio ramen from a decade ago, and this wasn't as aromatic as that. Or at least, it wasn't as aromatic as what I think I remembered from so long ago, although I have to admit that maybe my memory has been clouded by some of the more contemporary broths that have popped up lately.
