The Traveling Hungryboy

Interesting that there has been a sudden surge in pao fan shops lately. I'm talking about not just King of Pao Fan nor the new one at Jalan Sultan that had huge lines this past weekend, but also this shop off Jalan Besar (27 Foch Road #01-02). I liked this one better than King of Pao Fan, as the fish was better here, and they also provided cilantro. This one reminded me more of Chao Ting (which would make sense if this guy really was a former Jumbo Seafood chef), but they provided clams and bitter gourd here too. Conveniently, he even seems to have opened another outlet in the city not far from Chao Ting.
