The Traveling Hungryboy

Here was a random mookata stall at the New Century Food House kopitiam (66 Lorong 4 Toa Payoh #01-137), and they also happen to do mala xiangguo. We went for a simple two-person set, which normally runs for S$25.80 (US$19.40). But they had a special where it was only S$15.80 (US$11.90) this week. Of course, one can't expect much at those prices, and indeed, many of the items here were a bit sweet. So while I'd much rather go to Siam Square for my mookata fix, you have to admit that this was quite a steal.
