The Traveling Hungryboy

The first time I went to Tenya many years ago, I wasn't very impressed. So I didn't bother to come here when they finally opened an outlet in Singapore this year (181 Orchard Road #B1-01, 6509-6838). In retrospect though, my lack of enthusiasm was more about tendon itself rather than Tenya, and today, I was relieved to see that one could get noodles here instead, thus leaving the tempura unscathed on a separate plate. Now, the quality still wasn't anything like a proper tempura bar, but I'm happy to come back here if there is no wait.
