The Traveling Hungryboy

Here was another upscale seafood place in the San Diego area, but with the nice sunset views in the cozy town of Del Mar (1555 Camino Del Mar, 858-792-0476). Fortunately, the food was better than that Brigantine place, with the ginger-soy butter in that seared ahi tuna above being impressively rich. The cajun twist on their clam chowder was surprisingly edgy too. That said, this is not a place that I would go to on my own accord; it was more for the scenery than the food.
