I went back to Teppei's Men-Men Tei to try some of the other bowls, particularly the ebi ramen above. Sure, there was a pronounced taste of prawns, but it wasn't anything like Keisuke's aromatic yet defunct broth. Likewise, the creamy sardine ramen below was earthy and tasty, but not anything that is going to draw me back here. That said, the broths were still of better quality than their tacky plastic food court bowls and IKEA stools suggest.
