The Traveling Hungryboy

OK, this isn't exactly Pacific Northwest seafood, but I had just finished a rather painful three weeks of a no-carb diet and I was dying for a piping hot bowl of noodles. So I did a search in Google Maps, and this place was a few blocks away (901 Madison Street, 206-623-6333). I was so delighted to be having a bowl of phở that I could care less about whether it tasted good or not. And all that really registered in my head was that the broth was slightly sweet. So it's not something I'm going to be running back for, but at least these guys are open late at night in case the craving comes up again this week.
