The Traveling Hungryboy

I love places like this. Located at Melrose Market in Capitol Hill (1531 Melrose Avenue, 206-324-0662), these guys focused on local ingredients, including cheese, charcuterie, and vegetables. I got these greens above, which sat upon some delicious whipped chèvre with anchovy butter, cilantro, and almonds. It was basically all of my favorite things on a plate. I'd love to come back to try their radishes if they are still available.
