The Traveling Hungryboy

Here is the oyster omelette from Riverside Good Food at Zion Riverside Food Centre (70 Zion Road #01-21). It's a nice starchy, crispy, and savory grease bomb, and they are pretty generous with the pork crackling on top too. My only gripe is that the chili sauce is a bit sweet, but it's still fun to eat.
