Mademoiselle Tang Noodle has opened a stall at 313@Somerset's Food Republic (313 Orchard Road #05-02), sandwiched right in between Piao Xiang and Baguo Grilled Fish. Their had their usual "bridge crossing" guoqiao mixian, but I went for this xiaoguo bowl, especially since they were promoting it rather aggressively.
It turned out to be a bit of a hybrid of guoqiao mixian with Sichuan suancai yu, in a positive way, especially since it was just spicy enough to be enjoyable. I want to try their other menu items too, particularly three different spicy chicken ones that I saw. Note: they also had Yunnan steamed chicken soup available.
