Somehow I totally missed it a few months ago, but Don Don Donki's outlet at Clarke Quay Central (6 Eu Tong Sen Street) has a food court featuring a bunch of stalls that are completely different from the ones at Hokkaido Marche. One of them is this mazesoba shop from Korea, interestingly enough.
Yes, I was happy with that set above: mazesoba is of course easy to like (as was that "meat sushi" on the side), but I was also a big fan of that broth that accompanied it. I'm happy to come back for this, but there are so many other stalls in this food court that I want to try too.
