No, it wasn't intentional to eat from this guy two days in a row. But I was short on time today, and Ura Hototogisu made for a convenient place to refuel. I went for his "Oriental" bowl, which was really just Thai with its lemongrass, chili, garlic, and fish sauce. And he didn't hold back either: it was punchier than I thought it would be. I slurped this up quickly, wondering if Tinun would ever come back to Singapore.
