The service at this shop in Bugis Junction is painfully slow (230 Victoria Street #01-01, 6255-5456). But it was still kinda interesting to try these light and jiggly meringue-based pancakes, which you can stack up to eight high if you want (and even then, it's not so dense nor heavy as to be overly filling). The fresh cream was impressively rich and the butter was nice and salty too.
