
Carles Gaig has a restaurant out in the check-in gate area of Barcelona Airport, but it's rather upscale. So it's good that he has more casual places after security too, where I grabbed that crispy croquette and salt cod fritter, as well as something called a Russian salad. It was basically a potato salad with chicken, but apparently it's a popular item in Spain. I only ate half of my serving though; I wanted leafy greens instead.
