I'm not even sure if this street stall has a name, but it was the first stall on the left when heading north on Zhongxiao East Road Section 4 Lane 49 after passing Fuxing South Road Section 1 Lane 135. We randomly stopped here for a bite, and it was delicious. That lu rou fan above was tender, fatty, and not too sweet nor over-portioned. We also got a side of beef cheeks which were really tender and tasty too, not to mention a thick meatball soup that was nicely aromatic thanks to some basil and shacha sauce in it. To be sure, my teammate from the central town of Changhua wasn't that impressed (he tells me his town is one where really good lu rou fan shops are only open for a few hours, some at breakfast, some at lunch, and some at dinner or later). But he agreed that the proprietor here was super friendly and enthusiastic. I'd be happy to come here again.
