The Traveling Hungryboy

The last time we passed by Satay by the Bay (18 Marina Gardens Drive), almost all of the stalls were closed. It was to my surprise then that by 11:30 AM today, some of the satay proprietors were already starting up their fires, and this one in particular was already grilling away.

I was a bit worried that it might not be a good one either given that it was the first to open, but it all worked for me...or at least, the chicken and pork did. Plus, there were very few people around at this hour, so we had quite a bit of space to ourselves on a nice breezy morning out here.
