The Traveling Hungryboy

If I were living in Valencia, this is the kind of place I would be going to (57 Gran Via del Marqués del Túria, +34-963-510-040). Granted, most of the clientele are a generation or two older than me, but that's precisely what's so cool about it. It's a very dark old school place, and I'm a sucker for traditionalism, especially when it involves local seafood and alcohol. Those fried sardines above went down nicely with a glass of vermouth, as did the fried squid in the background. The tiny little wooden tables were fun too.
