The Traveling Hungryboy

This is that other Bib Gourmand stall at Tiong Bahru Market that I didn't get to try last time (30 Seng Poh Road #02-82). Just as with the Hokkien mee stall, it wasn't anything special at first. But after a few bites, I started to see what the Michelin inspectors liked about it: it was very pure, with a savory chicken taste in the broth, distinct and tasty grains of rice, and everything being nicely balanced. But I'm not making any effort to come back either. There's plenty of other chicken rice places to choose from.
