I needed a quick savory snack on the way back tonight, and fortunately there was an outlet of Ay-Chung on the way to the train station. I grabbed a quick bowl, topping it with that awesome chili sauce, slurping it all down in an instant. There's something about large instestines and oysters that just comes together so well, especially after a few beers.
