18hr Sous-Vide Pork Jowl

Somehow I completely forgot about this place. Or rather, I always knew it was here, but for some reason, I don't recall liking it enough to feel it worth returning to, despite what I actually wrote. And only today, more than three years later, do I realize that I've been missing out all this while. That pork jowl above was impressively tender and moist, making this a delight to eat. The portions (especially when the base is a salad rather than rice) were small, but that's probably a good thing as long as I have the will power to keep from ordering a second bowl.
