The Traveling Hungryboy

The Seizan folks have set up a stall at the faux-food truck park Picnic at Wisma Atria. They were focused on this uni ramen, which was better than I thought it would be with its smooth, creamy, and mildly sweet broth. I was worried that the sea urchin flavor would be covered up, but they were able to get the taste to gently come through. It's too bad then that the noodles were overcooked. Worse, it took 30 minutes for this bowl to come out, and it wasn't even crowded at lunch time today. That means that I won't be coming back, especially since most of the dishes here are rather expensive.
