The Traveling Hungryboy

I have no idea what a Colombian hot dog is, but that's what these guys specialize in (4280 N Drinkwater Blvd #200, 480-426-9218). Still, I got scared when the menu said that pineapple was involved, so I went instead for their "Sonoran Cousin," in part hoping that it would be a lot better than the one that I got the other night.

Fortunately, it was, due to both the quality of the sausage as well as it being grilled nice and crispy. But the toppings weren't that exciting, and I could hardly figure out what "Simon's Sauce" was. In retrospect, I should've tried the paisita, even if it had pineapple sauce. Well, the staff was super friendly either way.
