The Traveling Hungryboy

I can't remember how I found out about this small tonkotsu ramen chain, but there was an outlet next to me this morning and I desperately needed food. So I went up to the ticket machine and grabbed this fish-based tsukemen and gyoza. It was all done with care using quality ingredients, but I didn't really like the taste, as the broth was a bit tangy and the gyoza were in fact slightly sweet too. The noodles were also softer than I prefer. Oh well.
