The Traveling Hungryboy

I've always had a soft spot in my heart for Indonesian soups. So to my delight, I noticed this shop in the basement of 313@Somerset the other day (313 Orchard Road #B3-10). They seemed to focus on four key soups (sup buntut, soto betawi, soto madura, and soto ayam), but there were other items like noodles, fried goods, and ayam penyet too.

I went for both soto madura and soto ayam. They were borderline excessively salty but in a good way, and I liked them both, especially since they provided those critical lime wedges on the side. That red chili sauce was impressively spicy too. I'm definitely coming back to try more, particularly the soto betawi that I think I saw lots of people ordering.
