The Traveling Hungryboy

Japan Food Town at Wisma Atria officially opened today, which meant that more (but not all) shops have since opened. One of them was Machida Shoten (435 Orchard Road #04-40, 6262-3214), whose most popular item is this tonkotsu shoyu. The broth was thicker than I thought it would be, but not necessarily in a bad way. Indeed, once I sprinkled some sesame seeds and their tasty black pepper on this thing, I kept wanting more. I don't know if I'd get those watery gyoza again though.
