For some reason, I'm totally fixated with qingzhen food on this trip. I was craving this shop's lamb again, but this time I got a dry version. To my delight, they sprinkled cumin all over it! As usual, it went great with that dried chili flake oil, and next time I should remember to try their flat noodles. It's also very fortunate that these guys are open for lunch in the middle of Ramadan.
