The Traveling Hungryboy

This was just a food court stall (number 13), and I wasn't expecting it to be any good. But this bowl of phở was half-decent, and their gỏi cuốn were wrapped tightly too. Of course, I'd still rather go to Joo Chiat (and I'm not sure if maybe this was done with instant cubes or not), but considering that this was a food court, this wasn't half-bad.
