The Traveling Hungryboy

The Poulet folks have opened yet another brand (176 Orchard Road #B1-18, 6334-0617). It's supposed to be a Spanish place, but as the name suggests, they serve roast chicken here too, albeit on top of a small paella pan. These guys must've gotten a huge discount on chickens somewhere.

I ordered a fideuà instead of the chicken. It arrived in less than ten minutes, which unfortunately says a lot about the quality of the dish. I was also quite amused to see that squid with eggs above, which presumably was inspired by El Quim's version. I ate it, but I doubt I'll go back.
