This is a large malatang chain from China that even has outlets in Tokyo, Sydney, and Seattle. They recently opened an outlet at Singapore's China Square (3 Pickering Street #01-36, 6970-7516), so I grabbed a bite this morning before heading into the office.
Yeah, it was good. There was a huge selection of ingredients to choose from, and the broth was smooth and well-rounded. Now, they had to fetch the ingredients (and even sauce/garnish afterwards) for you under the pandemic, but I definitely liked this place better than Matsuri, Hongchun, and Gong Yuan.
