
Thankfully, the lines at Sushiro are much shorter than before. We got seated right away, and after a few things passed us by on the conveyor belt, these smoked bonito pieces caught my eye. Yes, there was a mild bit of smokiness in them, and that's without being overpowering. But it also wasn't anything to go out of one's way for either. It was just interesting to me, that's all.
