That was pretty good (7 Wallich Street #B2-22, 8218-8696). They called it a "tofu bowl," but it was perhaps better described as a modern take on Hakka lei cha fan and yong tau foo. What made it good was the care that they took in frying those pieces of tofu, keeping them crispy yet moist without being excessively greasy.
In the center was some kind of a mayonnaise-based sauce, as well as lei cha veggies and rice for some fiber. The set came with a coconut pancake (that's the orange and black thing in the back) as well as a cup of butter kopi. I'll come back, although next time I need to get the lei cha soup as well, as it's only sold on the side.
