I needed a quick lunch before heading to my next meeting, so I stopped at a basement food court to find it totally packed during the busy lunch hour. One of the few places to have seats available, was this single-serving hot pot chain set up like Shi Li Fang. I ordered some lamb, which was pretty good, but the broths were a bore, with the mala one hardly spicy at all, while the "Hong Kong style" one (whatever that means) was rather plain too. I still ate this all pretty quickly though, especially with the shacha sauce that they gave.
